Game Day Update

We have been informed by Robson that CC has an NCAA hockey event that they will be hosting on Sunday 3/24, so all games will be pushed back 30 minutes. Game times will be 5:30pm, 6:45pm, 8:00pm, 9:15pm

Action-Packed Return to the Ice!

The World Orphans wasted no time asserting their dominance with a resounding 6-2 victory over Ace, setting the tone for an evening of thrilling matchups.

Platinum and Triple J engaged in a battle of titans, captivating the audience with a riveting display of skill and strategy that culminated in a hard-fought 4-4 tie. It was a showcase of talent and determination from both sides, leaving fans eager for more.

Adding to the excitement, Wyatt made a statement with the debut of his new lid as OS Offices delivered a punishing blow to Nelson & Company. The hefty beating served notice to the competition that OS Offices means business this season.

The night concluded with a clash between AMOS and the surging HollowBrook, with the latter emerging victorious in a tightly contested 5-3 showdown. It was a testament to the resilience and rising prowess of HollowBrook, signaling their ascent in the league ranks.

As the first night back unfolded with a flurry of action and drama, it set the stage for an exhilarating close of the season. With standout performances and unexpected twists, anticipation runs high for the battles yet to come!

The Boys Club

In the week leading up to the break, the goaltenders took center stage with a trio of standout performances that left opponents frustrated and scoreboards empty.

Wyatt Crandall made his mark with a stellar shutout performance, blanking the World Orphans in a commanding 3-0 victory. It was a statement win for Crandall, showcasing his skill between the pipes and setting the tone for what was to come.

Not to be outdone, Jared Wolf of HollowBrook delivered a masterclass in goaltending, recording his second shutout of the season in a dominant 4-0 win over Platinum. Wolf’s commanding presence in the crease proved to be insurmountable for the opposition, earning him well-deserved accolades.

Meanwhile, Scott Purdy of AMOS continued his impressive form with his second shutout of the season, backstopping his team to a convincing 5-0 victory over Triple J. Purdy’s poise and composure under pressure solidified his reputation as one of the league’s top goaltenders.

With four goaltenders boasting a total of six shutouts between them this season, it’s clear that the competition in the net is as fierce as ever. As the season enters its home run stretch, all eyes will be on these formidable guardians of the goal, ready to thwart any offensive onslaught that comes their way.

Shut Out!

In a dazzling Sunday night showdown, Thane Gilmore of Triple J notched his first shutout of the season, joining Scott Purdy in the exclusive shutout club this season. Triple J clinched a commanding 5-0 victory over Nelson & Company.

In the other thrilling matchups of the night, World Orphans dominated Hollowbrook 7-3, AMOS triumphed over OS Offices 5-3, and the night reached its climax with an intense battle between Ace and Platinum Group, ending in a dramatic 7-7 tie, snapping Platinum’s impressive 8-game winning streak. A cheerful reminder that there will be no games this Sunday, Dec. 24th, and the following Sunday, Dec. 31st. Let the festivities begin! Games will resume on Jan. 7th. Wishing everyone a festive holiday season and a Happy New Year! 🎄🎉

Holiday Spirit

In the final slate of games leading up to the holiday break, the NORAD Hockey League delivered a festive spectacle, including a post game soiree potluck. Platinum Group clashed with Triple J, extending their commanding winning streak to 8 with an emphatic 8-2 triumph. The World Orphans secured their 2nd-place standing, notching a solid 6-3 victory over Ace. HollowBrook aimed to conquer AMOS with NORAD Hockey rookie Tyler Haradan guarding the net, but AMOS asserted dominance, claiming a 7-1 win. In the night’s finale, OS Offices clinched a narrow 3-2 win over Nelson & Company, with goalie Wyatt Crandall sporting a Santa hat atop his helmet, infusing the rink with holiday spirit.

As the NORAD Hockey League heads into its Holiday Break after last night’s action, mark your calendars to welcome everyone back on the ice in the new year, commencing January 7th, 2024.

All Over the Place


The evening commenced with a tightly contested and back-and-forth duel between Ace and Platinum, culminating in Platinum securing the game-winning goal in the closing minutes. Following this intense matchup, World Orphans and HollowBrook took the stage in a less closely contested game, with the Orphans prevailing over HollowBrook with a score of 9-5. OS Offices, bolstered by Charlie’s goalkeeping prowess, secured a commendable third place in the league by outplaying AMOS with a final score of 9-3. Bringing the night to a thrilling close, Nelson & Company and Triple J engaged in a closely contested back-and-forth battle, ultimately concluding with Triple J emerging victorious with a 5-3 score.

Ladies of NORAD

For the first time in The NORAD Hockey League, we have 8 talented women skating on the ice.

For Nelson & Company we have: team Captain and league veteran, Holly Sly; fellow league veteran, Ginger Gillings; and Alice Burley.

Triple J rosters Nicole Downs and Laura Hogan.

AMOS has two league veterans: JoLyn Maly and Anu Kalbfleisch.

Platinum Group rounds out the ladies with another veteran: Karen Zietlow

Winning Streak

With Platinum’s 5-3 win over Hollowbrook on Sunday, Platinum Group has extended their win streak to 6. World Orphans topped OS Offices 6-3, in the 2nd game of the night. Triple J brought the hard fight in their close win over AMOS with an empty netter to top off the game. The final game of the night saw Ace bring the big W, with a hard earned win over Nelson 6-3.
